You will need:

  • A glass jar – with a plastic lid or wax paper to put inbetween metal lid
  • Enough Dandelion flowers from a clean area to fill a small jar (save some for the bees and insects)
  • Apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

Sterilize your jar. Pick dandelions to fill jar, shake them gently to let any bugs escape. Cover with Apple cider vinegar. Leave in a dark place for 4-6 weeks. After that you can strain out the flowers and use them as pickles, and the vinegar in dressings or with water for a refreshing drink, or however you choose!
