Hazelnut bliss balls are a healthy homemade alternative to a flapjack or muesli bar.
- hazelnuts
- oats
- seeds (sunflower/pumpkin your choice)
- peanut or other butter (cashew/almond)
- coconut oil
- 1 tsp dried nettle seeds (optional) (for an energy boost)
- honey (optional)
- dried fruit (raisins/dates)
With this recipe, you can do it without measuring. You just need to play around with the wet/dry ingredients so the balls stick together.
Blend the dry ingredients together in a blender. Then mix ingredients together, so that the mixture sticks together and forms a ball in your hand.
