Hazelnut bliss balls are a healthy homemade alternative to a flapjack or muesli bar.

  • hazelnuts
  • oats
  • seeds (sunflower/pumpkin your choice)
  • peanut or other butter (cashew/almond)
  • coconut oil
  • 1 tsp dried nettle seeds (optional) (for an energy boost)
  • honey (optional)
  • dried fruit (raisins/dates)

With this recipe, you can do it without measuring. You just need to play around with the wet/dry ingredients so the balls stick together.

Blend the dry ingredients together in a blender. Then mix ingredients together, so that the mixture sticks together and forms a ball in your hand.
