• 1 cup nasturtium flower petals, washed and patted dry
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 block of unsalted butter
  1. Mash flower petals in mortar and pestle with salt.
  2. Add to softened butter.
  3. Mix together.
  4. Spread onto gladwrap, shape into a log, wrap, and put into the fridge for about 30mins.
  5. Cut off your slices when needed.
